One thing to consider is I'm fairly short at 5'7". With the seat all the way down my knees have a very slight bend at the lowest pedal position. Is that about right?
One more question I have is where I would look for a new rear wheel at a good price. Or just a rim since I'm confident in doing spokes. It's a standard 700c size with 8 rear speeds on the cassette. I straightened it enough to ride but not enough to fully use the rear brake since there is still so much runout.
