>>1776870It's important to reinstall everything in the same orientation because of that, but most people doing this would anyway even without a conscious effort because of some autism about lining up the valve with the tire logo or something. In practice though the vast majority of the imbalance is just from the valve so even if you didn't reinstall the tire in the exact same way it'd still be a big net improvement.
