This is an Iran Air Airbus A300. Picture was taken in Amsterdam Schipol while I was there for a transfer. Pretty cool to still see these things flying, even though they're probably incredibly difficult to keep running. I would have expected Iran Air to maybe by second hand A330s, but seemingly they haven't. I know Iran Air has been able to order new Airbus aircraft and new Boeing aircraft since the lifting of some sancions, but since the Trump Administration decided to leave the Iran Nuclear Agreement, Boeing has lost their order from Iran Air and they now have Airbus to order from.
