You basically have 1,2 and 5 on a flat bar+ bar ends
I question how useful 3 would be. It's like how if you default to riding the ramps on drop bars, rather than the hoods, that means you have too much reach. You won't really ever see roadies racing on the ramps. Infact they've almost been deleted with modern bars. That primary position which is the same but forward more is kinda redundant and useless. If you wanted to be more aero you'd move your hands in more. The only real advantage is a slightly different faux-aerobars position but you could even just run 2 sets of bar ends, one on the inside of a flat bar to get that. Is this making sense?
