I was here a while back looking for some recs since my current bike is too small (pic related, quite a few things wrong with the pic I've been told).

Before I go back to mostly lurking, I'd like to ask: are biking shoes worth fussing over or should I just focus on good pedals first, and just wear whatever shoe I find the most comfortable?
