What a fucking ordeal. When I saw that mud I should have just turned the fuck around but my brain was like "don't be a pussy, what if you get lost going back the way you just came or you don't get the milage you want" but damn it was stupid to go through it. This isn't the first time my brain saying "don't be a pussy" has gotten me into some shit and it won't be the last because I never fucking learn to ignore my brain and listen to my gut.
