I don't see how that's unreasonable at all for this. Even the boutique ones aren't unreasonable if you think about how long they'd take to make and how much money people actually need to run a business and exist and how expensive materials are now.
Buy bags from thrift stores if you're a poorfag. Lots of good old hiking equipment and camera bags can be adapted well for bicycle use.
