SO...The front wheel looked like it was missing a spacer but I couldn't find anything like that. Searching through the box I did find a plastic bit attatched to a disc with some grease on it. I though that was weird but upon closer inspection the disc was metal and the little plastic cap poped out with a bit of force.

Just so happens that disc was the missing spacer.

I installed it and NO MORE BRAKE RUB MY FUCKING BIKE IS 100% READY TO RIDE.
