Less than 20% of Melbourne's tram system has its own dedicated RoW, but ngl it's damn satisfying passing endless queues of cars stuck in traffic. Downside is that when running in mixed traffic, the laws prohibiting drivers from passing a stopped tram aren't properly enforced, so many people have close calls or are hit when disembarking. The newer trams have cameras so perhaps they could be used to take action against those drivers, though.
