>>1345544 reminds me so much of "Beowulf", designed by Steve and Linda Dashew. They must have been well into their retirement when they designed and had Beowulf built and sailed her over 40,000 nautical miles with just the two of them on board. Pretty impressive for a 78 foot boat. Luckily it's extremely well documented due to the nature of Steve and Linda's work.
