I added one additional criteria for the number of detachable, non-auxillary tenders in use. This is meant to give higher emphasis to lines that use long-range, main line locomotives as opposed to those that use short-range, industrial/shunting/switching locomotives. Of the 855 locomotives on the list, 378 are conventional tender locomotives. The results look a lot more promising, imo.
