>>1889840Well thinking about it I came to believe they made it loose, as opposed to road hangers, to that on impact it can pivot out of the way ? Begs the question what the chain does in that event. But thats the only thing I could come up with ehy they would design an RD that isnt just fixed also someone did picrel with a washer to just fix one in place.
