Hello, complete bike noob here and the most I've done is change a tube. As you can tell from the dirt and rust I didn't take good care of my bike for the past few years however I wanted to start maintaining it. One of the bigger problems was the derailleurs being hugely misaligned, however as you can see the front cage will not budge when I try to tune it, even after loosening the cable. What could be the problem here? Help would be appreciated
