Steam railroad + roller coaster
The roller coaster in question is Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, and the pic is of its "branch line" that leads to the maintenance building where its trains are maintained. In order for the trains to go from this building to the main track of the roller coaster that visitors see, it has to cross a short bridge a few feet above the ground that swings to the side across the tracks of the Walt Disney World Railroad. AFAIK, this type of crossing is one-of-a-kind.
