Rain is making it nasty to ride for 3 days in a row... I'll have to run when it stops tomorrow night just to keep the fitness up. In the meantime all I can do is post on /pybt/. I whipped out the DSLR and I think the photo quality is a bit better than my phone, I hope to get a good shot outdoors with the same camera soon.
Changes since last thread include a carbon Campagnolo Centaur crank and a Giant Contact SL Neutral saddle (carbon in the shell there too). Clocking in around ~8.5 kg/18.8 lbs now. I have a pair of clipless pedals just waiting to go on but finding and committing to pair of shoes is tough when you have clown feet.
>>1950848Looks like a real workhorse of a bike, sturdy front basket, cool BMX bars, nice red color. I dig it. Indexing and shifting triples annoys me though. Even with the super hilly terrain around me and still being a Clyde I went ghetto 1x just for simplicity's sake on my commuter.
>>1951103We have a tall lad in our midst. Or maybe the bike is a bit oversized, given how low the seat post is set. Nice find either way- all I ever see in our thrift stores are BSOs for children.
