Yeah, it's just a platform with a bus shelter that's way too fancy for its own good serving a shuttle to Gardner and a shuttle along MA-2A from Fitchburg ITC. You CAN buy physical tickets at Fitchburg, but Wachusett is fully high-level while Fitchburg (which is in desperate need of a rebuild, by the way) only has a mini-high. Thankfully for passengers, e-ticketing is a thing on the T for both the commuter rail and ferry, and has been for years now
