>>1780551i would prefer the dt r 460 because i trust the brand and i think they're more modern than the A23, you can tell by the more rounded shape of the rim. there's probably not much compromise vs dt rr 411 other than they're a bit heavier and not welded but most other rims aren't welded (mavic open pro are welded but only 15mm internal width). the quality of the anodized finish is probably excellent if not identical to rr 411 and they should be very true and easy to build with. dt r 460 is used on a lot of current stock wheels like on specialized bikes so they're not outdated or anything just a nice price/performance road rim.
