Hakone Tozan Railways has started doing test runs on its Hakone Tozan Line that was damaged from Typhoon #19 last October

It was supposed to be a Last Run event in June this year to coincide with a Shizuoka destination campaign but the Coronavirus has pretty much put a stop into that, although it isn't that surprisng the set itself only lasted 4 years since the IR01 set (K206 / OM301 beforehand) is already 30 years old and having it run along Izu probably accelerated corrosion related aging.
>>1485337The E131 looks like it is based on the E235 body wise except with different front and obvious changes in interior, still they are only building 12 sets of them and operate the sections of Uchibo and Sotobo Lines between Kisarasu and Kazusa-Ichinomiya plus the Kashima Line. I wonder if they'll build more of them but in longer configurations later on as the 209-2000 and 2100 Series (which were converted from the 209-0 Series that served on the Keihin-Tohoku Line) are around 25 years old
