OP I can say that I paid 50 bucks once for discovery flight.
Cessna offers these at a subsidized rate to try to get you hooked on flying.
I was just there because it seemed like a fun way to spend 50 bucks , I had no idea what I was in for .
The instructor talked me through taking off and he never fucking touched the controls
I flew around for half an hour and he only barely touched the yolk during landing to make a slight correction
50 goddamn dollars
That said I would never trust a woman be honest or faithful or to keep a promise of any kind
