I always was ok since last month, I stopped riding on October last year because I couldn't ride due to schedule and only rode 5-6 times until last month I was able to ride 4-5 days on the same month, and then the problem appeared, I noticed some kind of irritation on the left part of my groin. As far I know, the only things changed, were that I lowered a bit the saddle height, and that I suppose its the main reason, I'm pretty fat now since last year was about 67kg and today im at 76kg and I'm that kind of guy that stores all the fat on the legs and ass (I'm thicc). Could be that the reason or is the cycling shorts too old?, today I will try using newer ones but I'm afraid the main reason is my legs are fat.
