>>1559579I mean, it will of course depend on the exact tire. But yeah, as you go with a larger width of tire, it will always get taller as well. Does your bike have rim brakes or disc brakes? Most road rim brake calipers will have clearance for at least 28s. The only other reason I can think of for them not clearing the frame is if you had some super aero bike with very tight clearances.
