Hi, first time on this board. What do yall think about this bike?

Only thing is I'm 6'5" 6'6" ish. Would you all think this bike is big enough for me? I've seen sizing charts that indicate that people over 6'5" should look for a frame that's 21" or over. Maybe this will work for me? I don't know. Thanks, I appreciate it.
