I was also thinking that the GRX 2x will be much better than the 1x. I have a 1x on my Enduro bike and it maxes out at 35kph
The path goes parallel to the train. Usually I go by train but occasionally I ride the entire thing on my 15kg full suspension as a workout. As you can imagine, it is very slow and i want a gravel to do that more often/enjoy it more.
Whenever I’m too tired I could hop onto the train. But I have been riding bike for my entire life. My physique is literally T-Rex like (huge quads, small arms). If I don’t mind 100km enduro tours on my 15kg full sus I won’t mind commuting 60km on a fast gravel.
Also about aero bike packing bags. I have looked into it, but they have never enough space for a laptop. Backpack would be fine but panniers are better.
