I bought my roadie 1.5 year ago and Im in love with it, when you go trough a corner with 45khm feeling pinned like you are on a berm running 2.35" knobby tires youll see where the fun is, instant acceleration, sprinting, abiltiy to do an intensive ride from your home insted of first slugging on big tires to a trail, insane speeds you reach on the downhill...the problem are the neoyuppies and veganCadence people in the scene.
