As for me I'm moving to Suffolk County specifically to avoid NYC bullshit, they're never going to stop squeezing the middle class and you literally have no reason to live here once you start a family and make $70-200k a year (household). The city cares more about venecos on mopeds and wfh fintech bros and I'm neither.
