>>1882869I've never really taken tram schedules seriously, most cities I've lived in have gone for volume over actually trying to have any specific tram be on time. If the next tram is always just 5-10 minutes away it's fine.
As for delays/rerouting, I never really had a problem with that in Helsinki. Gothenburg on the other hand sometimes got massive tram delays because they route every single line through the same square, so occasionally when there's an accident there you get big delays. There's plenty of buses too though so you just hop on one of those instead.
