I had the bright idea of sending my DJI Neo on a 3.25 km one way flight and then would ride over to the landing spot. The battery was critically low triggering an auto landing. I steered it to an easily visible point of reference, but it veered off course at the last second into some unharvested crop. After I rode over to where it was it took me 25 minutes to find it. The app caches the last 15 seconds of flight so it gave me a clue which direction it went.
