I have a 21 gear bike on which I've recently done a few >150 km trips, now I want a somewhat lighter bike which should make trips a bit easier.
Given my limited knowledge on good parts and my tight student budget of around 500 euro, would this be a good deal? Link below, specs in pic.

Other than doing tours using it for going to uni as well (20km). I also wouldn't mind needing to build it part by part.
I fear buying 2nd hand as usually most bikes are stolen and I don't want to put up with that shit.
