The pic was taken last week in Monleón, a really small spanish village, saw the castle on a previous long ride and decided to go on the next long trip (I ended doing 150km). The territory it's called Castile because it was the no man's land after the moor invasion so every time a village or point was taken, a castle was made to defend the zone. That tower-castle I think it was built around 900 years ago.
