I live in apartment so it would have to be in the shower but I regularly (about once a week) wipe my bike down with a detailing spray and clean everything, I use chain wax so excess wax is scrapped off or melted off

I took my bike to the LBS for a tune up and they didn't do shit, the tech said my bottom bracket had non serviceable parts (press fit 86) and he didn't even take it apart which led me to believe they didn't check anything else and I only needed an upper headset bearing, which I've already had to service
I'm tired of getting shit service from LBS so I'm just going to do everything my fucking self so I don't have to deal with them anymore.
