First ride this morning using clipless pedals (and a new saddle). Clipless is really nice, the biggest single difference I noticed was that riding out of the saddle felt much more natural, but I'm sure I was able to put more power down for the same effort.
Also my new saddle (Fizik Arione VSX) made a big difference in comfort. The saddle I'd been riding on was a womens saddle and caused me to go numb quite quickly. I like that I was able to move around on this new saddle quite easily, and the cutout definitely made it more comfortable.
