>>1251282I don't have a cyclocomputer yet but I'd estimate about 14mph on flat/slight inclines. I was going 10-12 with the stock knobby tires according to one of those radar speed signs, and I feel a significant amount faster with the smooth ones.
Down hills I might go double that depending on length/steepness, because I run out of ability to add to my speed pretty quick. The thing also has inertia out the ass so if I go down even a gradual a hill and hit a flat area I can keep going at maybe 16-18mph with minimal pedaling. But that also means at traffic lights I have to try to slow without stopping.
