I am an Airbus fan, and I do love them. But I still have to give credit to other manufacturers from time to time when credit is due.
Airbus shitposting is fun and all, but there comes a point where there's not much you can say.
Boeing has been known for shitty practices, and as much as I hate that, Boeing still manages to somehow create functional and safe aircraft in both civilian and military use. Soon, they might even be a safe and functional spacecraft manufacturer as well.
Whether you love Airbus, Boeing, Bombardier, Embraer, Antonov, UAC, Comac or whoever else, at least you can say one good thing about each of the manufacturers.
Airbus has become of the strongest players in aviation even after a relatively late formation in the 1970s. Boeing has been a continuous and dominant force in aviation, outliving many competitiors, Bombardier manufactures a lot of robust and versatile regional aircraft, Embraer revolutionised regional jets with designs considered impossible for regional jets, Antonov are unmatched in their niche freighter aircraft types, UAC has managed to unify the Soviet design bureaus into one group, Comac has gone from no aircraft, to regional and narrow body production in the span of a decade.
I love Airbus, because they're partly a manufacturer with facilities nearby to where I'm from, but also because they are proof of European collaboration and cooperation, showing that a united Europe can take on the might of the established powers, and give them a good run for their money.
