It's supposed to be a bike to ride around the town, go for shopping, bike to work (3 km), maybe to go for a little trip. I have only had MTBs as a kid, but I want something lighter and suited for riding in the city.
I will need a front basket and very likely a low frame. I plan to ride in dresses and skirts.
What should I be looking for in a bike? How much should I expect to spend (new or used)? I'm 178 cm / 5'10" tall.
