Car manufacturers, oil companies, insurance companies, and a littany of auto repair and maintenance companies.
There are also lawyers who love having an unending torrent of personal injury and property damage claims.
And police departments who love making money off tickets instead of catching criminals.
This is why it's so hard to improve transit in America. You're taking money out of too many pockets.
