I went outsides for a bike ride, 65 km. I couldn't average more than 24 km/h with my 13 kg cross bike.
In the last 10 km my left quads became stiff, right lower hamstring and calf were about to cramp uncontrollably.
Even after a 3 minute break on the sides of the road the status quo did not change and I had to pedal very lightly and slowly back home.
You cannot decline that fast. I still rode over 300 km distance on my bike in January, trying to contain my gains in 2019.
Back in October I still could manage an average of 29 to 30 km/h on that route and wouldn't get cramps and stiff muscles.
It's so fucking pathetic.
