But really I'm only inside because I'm out of energy. I can ride for about 30 minutes before I run out of my human juice.
That's in just a week's improvement from 10 minutes.
I'm going to have to switch it up when I get my battery. I've got a programming cable so at level 1 it only gives me around 2 or 3 mph of assistance because I also want to use it on trails and it's only a cadence sensor instead of a torque.
That'll let me challenge myself and get exercise.
What I'll also be able to do is push for high speeds.
I'm just gonna be able to keep going.
Weightwise I'm probably not doing so great because I keep shoveling ham sandwiches into my mouth because I've been moving more. But I feel fitter though.
