what model/year is this frame? genuine cannondale? fork material? not the stock fork perhaps?
i randomly saw this and thought the asking price of $200 was relatively reasonable, not like the people asking $600+ for used entry level fixies
not looking too hard for a bike right now but maybe something like this would work as a backup bike, beater to take to the shops, winter bike
