>>1890464i don't need to justify to anyone why i'm using a narrow-wide chainring. the difference in stiffness is obvious when i handle them in person. the wider teeth don't interfere with the chain, it's just a better fit with equal lateral play across all teeth. the chain is stiff enough that it won't rub significantly against the side of one tooth but not the side of the next tooth. it's also very cheap, it's a bargain. i don't care about how long it will last because i can replace it at the same time as the chain because it's so cheap.
