Look how upright that is. Plenty of room for flipped bars or a mustache or compact drop conversion. I tend to like a shorter, more saddle-level reach anyway. I'm more endurance oriented so I don't much like long and low.
Anyway yeah. I thin I'm really more after what other people think of that geometry, how slack it is, etc. and how that would translate to it's performance on a variety of surfaces. I truly want a slightly laid-back do it all bike, no fuss, classic bike that I can just as easily bomb down a gravel road comfortably as I can do lazy circles in a parking lot...
