I do about 50-100km on the weekends and about 50km of commuting over the week + maybe a quick 30km joyride thrown in.
Here's the ol' city bike, the frame is still in a pretty good condition, but the cogs, wheels and calipers have taken a beating (can't be arse to turn it to the driveside on the narrow hallway).
