It's an O405N2 built in 1997 by Evobus (Merc subsidiary for busses) and delivered to Stadtwerke Bonn, Germany. It was in service as part of the 97xx series before it got retired and sold in 2012.
Pic related is a Golaz. Admittingly I had to google that since I've never heard of that company before, but licensed copies or different bodyworks of O405 built by local industries aren't uncommon at all.
