Just get the MT200's and there is zero fiddling, less maintenance and when there is the bleed takes 10 minutes or you can just buy a new set for what a pair of KoolStops cost. My commuter has looked like this all winter: 0 brake issues and every pull feels like freshly installed V-brakes on clean rims and salmon/e-bike pads. I like my v's in the summer though, but absolutely not for all weather commuting.
