The pre 1987 bianchi L'eroica series came out with some stunning bikes that were also priced accordingly.
The brakes and levers may be dia compe (not entirely sure from this angle), but the rest of the groupset is full campagnolo, including the seat post, stem, and the stunning high flange wheel hubs.
This particular bike is likely worth a small fortune in this condition and I'm not sure how it would ride, but the gracious raked steel fork, high tier friction shifting, and
tubular wheelset would likely make it a dream to ride.
