>>1131229It's an older Cetma Halfrack with some custom mods. The new ones Lane is selling fix most of the quibbles that I have with mine, and if you want to be a big spender, there's also the Pass&Stow rack.
The blue rolltop front bag is the Monkeywrench bag from Porcelain Rocket; all of my clothing, food, and cook supplies were packed in there.
The orange bags are from Outer Shell Adventure - a matched handlebar bag, stem caddy, and miniature framebag. The framebag was for tools/spares and snacks, and the handlebar bag held my camera for quick photo access.
It was a pretty good setup overall. A lot of weight on the front, but with a short, high rake fork, it ended up with steering geometry similar to a low-trail randonneuring bike and handled like a champ.
