I said you should alter and adapt your workouts on how you feel on any given day. For example, you have 3*15 at threshold planned today but you aren't feeling up to it mentally or physically? Then do them at sweet spot. Forcing yourself through workouts when you're not in it mentally or physically isn't conductive to greater consistency and therefore to long term fitness.
