Now my roadie sits in the corner of the garage gathering dust. I can no longer stand the thought of putting all of the kit on and logging into Strava to go for a ride anymore. There is nothing wrong with any of that stuff, it just feels unnecessary to me now. Then I discovered Grants’s book and everything he said lined up with how I currently feel about cycling.
