>>1931715If the whole crank is loose/wobbling then you need to service or probably replace the bottom bracket.
If the chainring is bent then just bend it back. Spin it with a reference like a screw driver and use a big adjustable. I do this pretty often. You won't get it perfect but you can get it liveable.
