pic related looks silly imo, yeah you get that tight clearance between the tire and downtube but the overall proportions look a bit off. track bikes needing a steep head tube is an outdated concept, for example look t20, cervelo t4, BMC TR01 have 72.5, 72.5, 72.0 degree head tube angles respectively. you can still get used to toe overlap if that's what you have on your bike, it's not the end of the world.
