Why the fuck are my legs always so tight? I've tried stretching and foam rolling and nothing has helped. I know my fit is good since I had it professionally done but all throughout my ride my legs feel like I've been climbing even riding on flats and I have no power. After my rides my legs are constantly restless and I can never get them comfortable. I've tried taking magnesium and other supplements and nothing. I have different rollers coming but I don't know what else to do. I know if I go to the doctor the appoint will be 6 months out and they'll just say "lol drink moar water and stretch and come back ina month" so I'm not wasting my fucking time.
